Here are the answers you requested.  Please note that this error but occurs when I am logging in.  I have to endeavor a second time to get past it.

Please confirm if you encounter the error message if you didn't made any activities on your mailbox later signing in?  -- Information technology happens only when I am trying to sign in; before I am really in the account.

Have y'all tried to access your Microsoft account using a dissimilar computer and web browser to see if the problem notwithstanding persists?  -- No.

Did yous brand any changes to your account prior to this incident? -- No.

Earlier contacting the forum I did try immigration the enshroud each time I signed off.  In fact, my calculator is ready to completely clear cache every time I exit the browser.  I volition effort a different estimator and browser and hope it works.  Give thanks you lot for your aid.

Merely a quick message - I revisited Internet Tools, Advanced tab and found that articulate cache at logoff was in fact Not turned on.  Since turning it on, I take had no further issues.
